comprising: Andrea Pfister red suede ’Las Vegas’ boots with metallic leather insertions of casino-related symbols and names, c.1988, labelled, length approx. 28cm 11in; Divall yeti boots of undyed goat fur exterior, labelled and size 40, length approx 27cm 10.5in; unusual cast aluminium foot-moulded heels, length approx. 24cm 9.5in; Buffalo platform shoes, with leopard-print pony hair uppers, labelled and size 37, length approx. 25cm 10in (8)Andrea Pfister (1942-2018) was an Italian shoemaker known for his brightly coloured and whimsical designs. In 1993 The International Shoe Museum of Romans held a retrospective of his work, which travelled to The Shoe Museum, Toronto, 1996 and the FIDM, LA in 1998.
