 Estate of an Elegant Lady\, Texas\n\nCondition:\n\nTHE FIRST\nThe overall 
 condition is good. There is piling throughout due to the nature of the tex
 tile. On the jacket\, there are a few pulled threads on the embroidery alo
 ng the hem.\n \nTHE SECOND \nThe overall condition is good. There are mar
 ks on the front right panel by the hem and the opening as well as around t
 he right sleeve cuff. There is a faint mark on the top right shoulder and 
 on the front left panel chiffon trim mid way down. On the inside\, there a
 re faint marks on the right side of the placket almost mid way down. On th
 e skirt\, there is a faint mark on the center front below the waist band a
 nd on the back left side of the waist band. On the waist band surround the
  zipper closure\, there are a few loose threads. \n\nEverything is sold 
 ’As Is’. The stated overall condition of the lot is based on the assum
 ption that the wear is consistent with age and use. The absence of any ref
 erence to the condition of a lot does not imply that the lot is in perfect
  condition or completely free from wear and tear\, imperfections\, or the
