American, 1960s
Black satin horizontally striped printed matelasse lame in copper and gold foliage, band collar, long tapered set in sleeves, fitted bodice, skirt with front panel widening toward hem with pleat on either side with pocket, skirt becomes bias in back, size 4/6, labeled: Arnold Scaasi.
