Polychrome mosaic pattern, the jacket with curvilinear closure, gilt-metal enamel quatrefoil buttons, slim short skirt with self belt, nude organza shell hand painted in concentric mosaics embroidered with pearlized irregular pailletes in like colors, size 4, each labeled: Valentino/Couture;
