French, mid 1960s
With pleated skirt, red and white stripes at left, buttons at back, and cloche style hat, size 8, labeled: Pierre Balmain/Paris and tape label no.: 75 P (?) 4.
Very good condition, slight yellowing to white.
With original sketch of the hat and dress ensemble.
