The double-sided gold-tone metal pendant features a pave-set crystal obverse and a cream enamel reverse within a rope-textured border, suspended from a flat curb link chain. The lobster claw clasp is marked CHANEL B15 C and MADE IN ITALY, with an extender terminating in two small CC charms.
