Description
A set of Japanese silver sake cups (ochoko) retailed by the Mitsukoshi department store, likely Meiji or Taisho period. Each vessel features a tapered form with a hand-hammered martele exterior and a gold-washed vermeil interior. The bases are incised with the characters é製 (Ginsei), indicating high-purity silver, and ä¸è¶ (Mitsukoshi).
