THIERRY MUGLER VINTAGE gown, size 38 (fr. 40), coll.: H/W 1984-85. Shiny gold silk lamé with strongly accentuated shoulders, horizontally pleated sleeves and radiating fan pleats extending from the waist, train at the back. Inspired by heavenly beings and spiritual symbols, this model is one of Mugler’s most iconic designs. Featured in major exhibitions such as Thierry Mugler: Couturissime and Heavenly Bodies (Metropolitan Museum of Art). Designer label and size available, others removed, signs of wear, signs of age, pulled threads, stain.
