Introduced for the 2025–26 NBA season, the Trophy Patch is a new symbol of recognition worn only once during each honoree’s first game of the year. Positioned above the Nike Swoosh, the patch mirrors the design of the player’s award trophy, marking the first time individual achievements have been celebrated directly on-uniform. Only 35 special Trophy Patches were issued league-wide.
This home ‘Icon Edition’ jersey features the All-Defensive First Team Patch and the 2024-25 NBA Champion patch and was worn by Lu Dort on October 21, 2025, during NBA Tip-Off, when the Oklahoma City Thunder played the Houston Rockets.
Dort finished with 6 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists, and 1 steal. The Thunder won 125-124 in double-overtime against the Rockets.
Luguentz Dort went undrafted in 2019 out of Arizona State University. At the time of cataloging, he has career averages of 12.1 points per game, 3.9 rebounds per game, and 1.6 assists per game. He played a pivotal role in the Thunder capturing their first NBA title in franchise history in the 2024-25 season.
