 ong the most significant modern military-associated wristwatches produced 
 by Tudor\, created to commemorate the 360th anniversary of the Royal Marin
 es\, founded in 1664.\n\nFounded during the reign of King Charles II\, the
  Royal Marines form part of the United Kingdom’s Naval Service and are d
 efined by their commando-trained amphibious role\, an identity captured in
  the Corps’ motto\, Per Mare\, Per Terram (“By Sea\, By Land”). This
  anniversary edition is therefore rooted not in generic military symbolism
 \, but in the history of a specific institution with more than three and a
  half centuries of continuous service.\n\nProduced in 2024\, the Pelagos F
 XD “1664–2024 Royal Marines 360” was issued in a strictly limited se
 ries of 60 examples\, corresponding directly to the anniversary year. Dist
 ribution was closed and restricted exclusively to serving and former Royal
  Marines\, and the model was never offered for public sale. Each watch was
  engraved on the case back with the recipient’s personal service number\
 , a historically resonant detail recalling traditional military-issued tim
 epieces\; the engraving on the present example has been discreetly obscure
 d for privacy.\n\nThe selection of the Pelagos FXD platform is particularl
 y apposite. Conceived as Tudor’s most purpose-driven professional dive w
 atch\, the FXD is distinguished by its titanium construction\, fixed strap
  bars\, and functional design language. Unlike conventional commemorative

 ed on the open market.\n\nThe Tudor Pelagos FXD “Royal Marines 360” oc
 cupies a distinct position within contemporary watchmaking: neither a comm
 ercial limited edition nor a symbolic tribute\, but a watch created for a 
 defined and earned constituency. As such\, it stands as a modern counterpa
 rt to historically issued military watches and represents a rare opportuni
 ty to acquire a Tudor wristwatch with genuine institutional provenance and
