Navy silk taffeta gown w/ long sleeve, band collar over open back, detachable stiffened cloth camellia choker & cuffs, label “Bill Blass”, 1960s, B 34”, W 26”, L 56”, (few loose threads CB collar, few 0.25”-0.75” stains near CB hem, few tiny light stains CF skirt, discoloration & light wear to flowers w/ one loose from cuff) Dress excellent, collar & cuffs good.
